Shipping

My items are sent out as First Class Signed For via Royal Mail within the UK.

Outside of the UK? Your item will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for, please note that your items will be coming from the UK, and any customs charges or Duty that your country charges are the customers responsibility.
As a rough guide, Royal Mail aims to have parcels delivered to Europe in 3-5 working days, to the USA in 7-14 working days, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and most other countries in 5-7 working days. Italy takes a while longer and may take 3-6 weeks due to Italian customs. Please note that your country may keep your parcel in their customs office for a few weeks, I'm afraid there is nothing I can do about this. I will give you all the tracking information when I have posted your items so that you're able to see where your item is on it's journey to you.

I aim to have your items posted within 10 working days after payment, please message me if you need your items rushed out and I'll see what I can do for you.

Your items will arrive in a gift bag, packed inside a cardboard box, with some extra padding and within a post bag for protection.

I offer a shipping discount on multiple items! You will be charged full price for the highest postage, and each further item will have the discounted postage applied. Overpaid postage will be refunded to you.

Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their delivery address is correct BEFORE check out. I cannot be held accountable for this, and will be unable to refund you. The postage will need to be paid for in full again if you wish to repurchase it.

I'm happy to take custom and personalised orders! Please contact me to discuss your ideas. Custom orders must be paid for upfront, and are non refundable unless faulty or incorrect. Please check your spelling for any stamped orders!! I can't refund for spelling mistakes made by my customers.
Hand Stamped items are literally just that, each letter and symbol is stamped individually for each piece. This can create variations in the designs, this adds to the true individual and handmade nature of the items, and is why they are so special. Stamping onto metal displaces the metal, rather than removing it, so this will show on the other side of stamped items- I try to show this in my pictures.

Frequently asked questions

Dispatch

I aim to dispatch all items within 10 working days. This may increase to 14 working days at busy times. All of my items are made to order, so please bear this in mind and order in plenty of time to receive your items for gifts.

Hallmarking

The maximum weight for silver items before them having to be legally hallmarked is 7.78g. Underweight items don't require a hallmark (the weight is of the silver piece only, and doesn't include stones, other metals, or removable chains) Adding a hallmark to underweight items increases the price by a large sum, so I've chosen to keep my underweight items unmarked to keep these items more affordable for you. If you would prefer your items hallmarked, please let me know and I can add this service for you. I am registered with the London Assay Office.

Care instructions

Keep your items dry- especially plated and leather pieces. Avoid contact with body lotions and perfumes. Do not sleep in your jewellery. Remove your jewellery when swimming, exercising and gardening etc, as it can easily be caught and broken, or cause injury to yourself. A wipe over with a dry, soft cloth will bring most items back to their best. My sterling silver items all include a complimentary, high quality miniature polishing cloth to keep your new item shiny and beautiful.

Ring and Bangle Sizing

To find your ring size without visiting a jewellers, you can use a tape measure or a piece of string to measure around your finger. Once you have this measurement, I can convert it into a ring size for you. Make sure that the measurement size is comfortable when your hands are warm/hot, and that you can remove the string/tape measure over your knuckle without it slipping off.

To find your bangle size- using the technique above, measure the widest part of your hand with your thumb tucked in. This measurement will give the inside diameter that you will need to be able to slip the bangle over your hand comfortably without it being too loose. Make sure that the string/ tape measure fit snug over your hand.

Gift wrapping and packaging

You can select gift wrapping for your purchase within each listing. The gift wrap will include your item in an organza bag, wrapped in recycled bubble wrap, and then wrapped in my personal branded wrapping paper and finished with a ribbon bow.

Gift messages will be hand written onto gift tags and attached to each item. Longer messages will be hand written onto my branded notelets.

Standard packaging includes an organza gift bag, recycled bubble wrap, tissue paper wrap and a raffia tie.

Silver necklaces and bracelets will come gift boxed with a ribbon bow as standard.

Silver earrings will be mounted onto a card and inside an organza bag.

Each item is sent out in a cardboard mail box, packed inside a recyclable mail bag where possible.
